You can continue reading for free without contributing. This is not an investment, a charitable donation or a promised tax-deductible payment. Contributions do not confer editorial control or guarantee a separate service.
Bank transfers and verification
Check the bank, account holder, amount and reference before confirming in your banking app. Requests remain valid for 10 minutes. Expiring or cancelling a website request does not prevent the bank from receiving funds and does not automatically refund a transfer.
The “I have transferred” button only requests verification. Success is recorded after an administrator reconciles the actual receipt. For late, mistaken or mismatched transfers, contact us for individual review; do not transfer again before the issue is clarified.
Reconciliation data
The system stores the supported article, amount, recipient banking details at creation, transfer reference, timestamps, status and verification history. Reconciliation information is restricted to authorized administrators. The request access key stays in your browser session rather than the URL; do not share it.
QR codes are loaded from Casso’s VietQR service with the recipient account, amount and reference to prefill. Banking details, personal data and transaction identifiers are not sent in this feature’s GA4 analytics events. Views and conversion status help improve the experience.
Support
Keep your bank receipt and request ID for inquiries. Corrections or refunds for mistaken transfers are reviewed against actual records and are not automatically approved on the website.
